3. Cancellation and Payment Conditions for Hotel Reservations

3.1. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

In the event of cancellation 29 days or less prior to arrival, non-arrival (no-show), or early departure, the full reservation amount (100%) will be charged.

3.2. No-Show

A no-show occurs if the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation or notification. In such cases, the entire reservation amount (100%) will be charged.

3.3. Credit Card and Authorization

A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

Should the charge to the provided credit card fail, the hotel reserves the right to initiate further steps to enforce the outstanding claim.

3.4. Payment at the Hotel

Payment for the stay is to be made directly at check-in at the hotel. The following payment methods are accepted:

Any other payment methods are accepted only upon prior agreement with the hotel.

3.5. Security and Payment Requests

After completion of the reservation, the hotel will never request sensitive personal data or payments from the guest, in particular not via:

3.6. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the reservation, the guest expressly agrees to and accepts these cancellation and payment conditions as binding.

4. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, designs and other content are the intellectual property of Posada del Marqués unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

5. Liability

Use of this website is at your own risk. Posada del Marqués shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use this website.
